工作职责:Job Summary an d Mission This job contributes to WuXi AppTec success by leading HR Data Modeling based on available HR data, meanwhile the job will take responsibilities in HR Analysis Algorithm’s Design & Upgrade HR Data Modeling. In the long term, we respect the job owner could take more HR Lean Management projects within the result of HR Data Analysis, an d transform the job core value from Data Transformation to Management Transformation. Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesWho will take Data Modeling Expert role to priming Analysis Tools’ Design & Upgrade an d Advising of Problem Solving, the detail responsibilities an d essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:- Act as a HR Data Modeling Expert to support HR Data Structure Design, including:? Scale HR data’s scope an d definition;? Restructure HR data’s rule an d usage;? Map HR data’s interactive relationship;? Standardize HR data flow with the related HR systems;? Plan To-Be HR data map based on the roadmap of HRIS transformation;? Prime Data Dictionary an d future upgrade- Act as a HR Plan & Analysis Consultant to drive high level initiatives of HR data visibility an d acCountability, including:? Optimize HR necessary analysis reports within alignment of all biz & operation units;? Study an d Research the correlation degree between Biz pains vs. corresponding HR data;? Summarize the cause an d effective of HR data based on Biz rules;? Benchmark HR transformation’s effectiveness within credible HR analysis rule an d data- Act as HR Lean Project Leader, an d participate:? Evaluate the potential opportunities of HR improvement through the power of HR data;? Organize HR Lean Management projects within suitable mathematical algorithm;? Bring in Lean Six sigma mechanism in HR Lean Management projects;? Drive changes into the HR department (Continuous Improvement culture, Lean, Six sigma, Innovation etc.);? Tight coordination an d collaboration with HRBP an d HRCOE key stakeholders to promote Lean Six Sigma culture, an d then fit HR operational excellenceSummary of Experience ? Experience with Data Mining Tools;? Experience with HR processes an d related data flow;? Experience with HR systems an d the related data scope;? Experience with HR routine reports an d data rules;? Experience with Six Sigma methodology an d project management; ? Experience with business processes’ optimization任职资格:? Quick learning capability an d willing; ? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access an d Project;? Minitab, SASS, Or JMP advanced skill is plus; ? Knowledge of project management methodologies, from initial justification through implementation an d evaluation;? Certified Black Belt with corresponding background
