Key responsibilities: - Partner with business stream to define headＣount planning an d improve talent manpower utilization. - Drive the Performance Management process, monitor the progress, conduct quality check an d provide feedback to ensure the on time an d quality delivery. - Educate an d monitor management actions an d decisions to maintain compliance with legal requirements - Manage employment related disputes, claims, grievances an d make sure the alignment with local regulations an d company policies. - Develops an d implements internal communication policies which ensure the timely an d sufficient distribution of information to all employees. - Align/Integrate overall HR processes, policies an d programs for efficient HR management in coordination with corporate and/or regional guidelines. - Work with peer HR in the implementation of HR project across China organization Coordinate an d execute the various organization development programs, such as talent review, career conversation an d learning&development pipelineFormulate long-term people development strategy an d annual plan in line with the business development- To provide day to day HR service including staffing, employee relationship, labor contract renew an d other events - Responsible for HR reports related to recruitment an d headＣount, such as weekly movement report, an d salary matrix report etc.
Education/Skills requirements:
- Bachelor degree, with 5 yrs. above HR experience in multinational company.- Experienced in Human Resources generalist role with specific expertise in recruitment, Organization development, employee relations an d training.- Good verbal an d written English communication skills required.- Good interpersonal an d communication skills- Good team player
- Profound knowledge in employment ordinance & employment related legislation - Good business acumen, resourceful an d problem solving skills.
