What You’ll Be Doing The position supports on HR C&B an d HR operations. It will start with sub-function rotation an d aim to be developed to a potential professional in the function. Responsibilities: 1.5 to 2 years rotation in the following sub-functions: C&B, HR lifecycle management, HR System, HR analytics, Employee experiences management, an d payroll management;Provide support to the sub-function leader on the daily management;Support on the projects an d activities. Qualifications: Fresh graduate with high potential;Willing to take challenge an d quick learner; Good verbal an d written communications skills in both Chinese an d English; Strong team player, Self-motivated an d taking ownership, Pursue excellence; Major in HR system, data analytics Or statistics is preferred;
1. Develop regional sales strategy an d plan to achieve sales objectives; 2. Lead the team an d drive the implementation of sales strategies an d manage the tactical/operational activities in the region to achieve the regional sales targets; 3. Plan an d control Opex an d sales budget for the region; 4. Communicate with key customers to deliver company an d products information as well as therapy information; 5. Supervise Are Sales Managers to manage the tender, pricing process; 6. Build (recruit/retain/coach/manage) regional sales team an d improve the productivity of the sales force by sales effectiveness programs. Do you have what takes to build a career here? [Qualifications] 1. Bachelor degree in Medical, Health Science Or Marketing; 2. At least 7 years solid experience in related sales an d marketing field, an d 4 years above experience in management position; 3. Good experience in medical device industry; 4. Experience dealing with nephrology is preferred; 5. Professional selling skills an d knowledge as well as interpersonal an d communication skills; 6. Capable of analyzing an d interpreting data for effective sales strategies; 7. Strong knowledge of marketing an d sales processes, an d business acumen committed to grow a new business; 8. Strong decision-making skills an d problem solving skills; 9. Strong strategic thinking on business, sales, marketing an d channel, etc. 10.
