Report check an d follow up action. Review submitted sample an d clarify with client if necessary. Provide technical training. Answer technical enquiry from both customer service staff an d client. Prepare WI for client if required. Control inspector trip expense. Appraise staff performance in line if necessary. Reply clients related complaint Ｏr feedback on technical aspects. Assess inspector / auditor.Meet with clients to review operation issue.
