Job Responsibility & AcCountability(Key roles, functions & acCountabilities)·Explore business opportunity an d develop new clients through phone an d mail enquiries. At the target 50% of time should be spent on client contacts.·Support sales process through research, tele-marketing , trade shows, seminar, conference an d any other sales campaigns.·Facilitate effective co-ordination with all interfaces throughout the sales an d client retention programs.·Support other Business Lines an d overseas Selling Offices through client meeting an d cross selling activities.·Prepare sales presentations, capability statement & service proposals.·Collect market intelligence on competitive analysis, customer feedback, trends & opportunities for top management’s strategic decisions. ·Support the team in implementing promotion an d sales campaign·Assist with the preparation of sales plans, forecast, monthly reports an d sales visit summary. ·Be fully trained an d familiar with the companies’ service offering an d value added proposition so as to be in a position to provide value added solution to potential clients.·Any other new tasks set out by the department to cope with the business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications(What skills are required for this position)·Postgraduate qualification in sales, marketing, business administration Or technical discipline related to consumer products Or retail. ·Over 1 year work experience with sales related experience preferable·Excellent interpersonal an d communication skills of the highest caliber are required. ·Ability to speak fluent English, Cantonese an d Mandarin an d presentable to management of clientele.·A team player able to cooperate with Operating Offices, Sales Offices an d Customer Service teams.·Customer focus an d result oriented·An energetic, motivated self-starter able to lead by example an d deliver results under a fast paced business environment.·Acute sense of market trends an d customer needs.
