TheMechanicalDesignEngineershould:Design an d develop products for automotive equipment. Can direct the technical work of other engineers an d technicians.Provide mechanical design an d development of new products Ｏr product enhancements in the automotive equipment industry.Perform in a team environment with engineers from other disciplines an d nationalities.Prepare thorough an d accurate documentation for release to manufacturing an d for internal product design records. Maintain an engineering notebook to document work activity in support of company’s patent goals.Test an d validate products to assure product performance an d quality.Work with manufacturing an d service personnel to resolve problems an d improve manufacturability an d serviceability of products.Design for manufacturability. Work with manufacturing engineering on value engineering initiatives to reduce product cost and/or improve performance of designs.Develop an understanding of the company’s products an d their applications.Assign an d review the work of others.TechnicalQuali？cations:Bachelor on Mechanical Design.Master is preferred.Up to date design an d development of large assemblies with moving / rotating components, wear components, weldments an d hydraulic / electrical devices.Capable of performing stress analysis an d other related calculations to support designs.Basic understanding of complementary technical disciplines, particularly electronics. Able to work with others an d with minimal supervision with different cultures Demonstrate good problem solving an d analytical skills for mechanical systems.Must be proficient in the use of the computer for design an d testing. ProE CAD experience is preferred.
