To plan, organize an d implement all new machine an d process set up.To work out Standard Operating Proceduces an d other relevent process an d technical documents for production operation.To plan, organize an d implement all necessary all testing to ensure the process an d production is capable of meeting product specification.To ensure the production schedule, resource plans an d output meeting the target.To ensure that products are strictly manufactured according to products specifications an d Standard Operating Procedures.To continuous look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production by utilizing machine capacity an d manpower in an optimum way.To ensure all the raw materials, work in progress materials, finished products utilization are properly identified, stored an d recorded. Any shortage, losses, an d abnomality to be reported to immediate superior immediately. To ensure non-conforming products are properly identified an d segregated.To plan, organize an d work together with product engineering an d all related parties for new Ｏr improvment products/projects.To work together with maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance to ensure machine donwtime is minimum.To attend the machine breakdown an d all plant related problem. Rectify accordingly in order to minimize the downtime.To plan, organize an d implement training programs an d activities for employee Ｏr subordinate.To ensure the production rework Ｏr reject is minimum.To assist superior in control the production cost.To lead an d initiate process improvement activity, i.e Rapid Continous Improvement.To work together with QA department an d customer for all product quality issue trouble shooting an d to come out Ｏr to carry out the corrective an d preventive measures.To ensure workers discipline are maintained all time an d to motivate workers to achieve company objectives.To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.To ensure safe work culture an d environment when carry out the duties an d compliance with all safety, health an d environment rules an d regulations.To carry out an d ensure good housekeeping in working area.Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
