Main Duties 主要职责:Responsible for daily maintenance personnel based information in SAP system, Including new employees with various basic information input an d maintenance;负责完成日常人事基础信息SAP系统维护工作,包括新员工各项基础信息的录入及维护;Responsible for monthly payroll & social insurance & housing fund & IIT calculation an d attendance management, Including scheduling, statistics, confirmation, input SAP system, audit an d maintenance, an d providing related attendance forms;负责每月的工资、社保、公积金、个税的核算及考勤管理,包括排班、统计、确认、输入SAP系统、审核及维护,及各类考勤报表的输出; Manage employee leave formalities;办理员工休假相关手续; Assist to handle employment related procedures, Including entry, probationobtainment, staff deployment, termination, etc.;协助办理员工入职、转正、调动、离职等异动手续; Deal with employees commercial insurance, Including openacCount,information changes, reimbursement an d other related work;负责员工商业保险的开户、异动、报销等手续的办理; Assist with organize an d arrange recruitment interview an d other related work;协助组织及安排招聘等相关工作;Understanding of Quality Policy an d Quality objectives了解公司质量方针和质量目标Understanding of organization context, interested parties needs an d process related risk an d opportunities 了解组织环境、相关方的需求和过程所涉及的风险和机遇Understanding of product related statutory an d regulatory requirement 了解产品相关法律法规的要求Understanding of customer specific requirement 了解顾客特殊要求

Qualification Requirement 任职资格Education 教育:College degree Or above, HR management Or relevant major;专科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业;Experience 经验要求:Two years related experience in foreign investment enterprise is preferred;外资企业2年及以上相关工作经验者优先;Competency 胜任力Team player, detail oriented, an d able to work under pressure;良好的团队合作能力,细节导向,能承受一定的压力;Strong interpersonal an d communication skills;良好的沟通和人际交往能力; Strong sense of responsibility an d execution;较强的责任感和执行力;Fluent in both spoken an d written English; 熟练的英语书面和口语表达能力;Ability to work independently;独立工作能力;Proficient in SAP is preferred.熟练SAP系统优先考虑。
