性别要求：不限性别 Position Summary: Ensure the fulfilment of store projects goal. Key Responsiblities: 1. Store Design an d Projects ManagementSupport Store Planning Manager, work with HQ team on the development of new design concept for fa？ade / interior.Ensure the concept implemented in our network is aligned with our specifications.Executes overall project management strategy an d objectives with Project Managers.Inspects project process to ensure the timely an d qualified deliveryImplement an d manage project changes an d interventions to achieve project outputsInterface with all relevant parties （regional office, local contractors, shopping malls an d landlords） to ensure the projects are executed according to the business plan. 2. Store maintenance managementFollow up the whole maintenance process, receive the maintenance request from BTQ, an d follow up the maintenance working process; check the maintenance completion report.Ensure the maintenance works quality an d timely. 2. Payment management Follow up the PO process of new project/renovation/relocation, raise the PO, follow up the invoice collect an d payment arrangementManage the maintenance PO, follow up the payment of maintenance PO. Skills an d Requirements: 3-5 years relevant experience in in fashion/luxury brands retail industry in Store Planning. Passion about Jewelry an d Luxury Fluent in English （speaking, listening, reading an d writing）;Creative, hard-working, independent, flexible, detail-oriented an d dedicated personality requiredGood communication skills with mature people management skills
