Job Description:You will be one of the key players in establishing a Danfoss Unified Communication System. In line with our corporate strategy an d to create a One Company approach, you will work on configuration, testing an d support of our Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration environment as well as ensuring the continued support an d renewal of our On-Premises installation. In this role you will get the exciting opportunity to work with outstanding colleagues from across the globe. You will be a key player in mergers an d acquisitions, ensuring safe migration an d integration into our common setup.? Providing 2nd level support to our IT support organization? Acting as a consultant towards our business ensuring they get the most out of our services? Planning an d evaluating the existing Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams hybrid environment, ensuring maximized availability an d securing provided feature sets? Track an d monitor the performance of the system an d provide proactive resolution for problems Or outages? Contribute significantly in a research role with some direct client interface to the development, review an d presentation of product capability, best practices, proposals, implementation an d support services, project planning, an d risk mitigation? Assist with branch site migrations from legacy voice technology to MS Voice Collaboration
Background an d skills:? Bachelor’s degree Or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Or another Information Technology Related Field, Or an equivalent combination of education an d work experience substituting one year of demonstrated work experience for each year of education? Solid experience in designing, implementing an d managing Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams environments? Solid experience with Voice over IP an d Enterprise Voice solutions is a plus? Solid experience in deploying, managing an d supporting Office 365 workloads? MCSE in Productivity Or other Microsoft MCSE certifications are a plus? Solid experience in PowerShell for scripting an d automating work? Experience with managing Exchange Online an d On-Premise is a plus? Excellent written an d verbal communication skills? Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize an d manage multiple complex an d concurrent tasks
