Job Description
- Design an d Development of electronic hydraulic an d mechatronic components for mobile machinery
- Support of the sales department in order to fulfill technical requirements an d ensure customer satisfaction
- Cooperation with other departments （purchasing an d manufacturing） during simultaneous development process an d production preparation
- Technical collaboration with the lead plants in Europe
- Management of development project teams with respect to timeline, cost an d quality targets
Qualifications
- Master （also German Diploma） Ｏr PhD degree in mechanics
- Native language Chinese with fluent English
- Experience in specification an d design of electronic hydraulic Ｏr mechatronic components
- Experience in system engineering process （specification, development an d qualification of a variety of individual components working together in a functional system）
- Experience with 3D design tools （Pro/Engineer, Catia Ｏr Solid Works）
- Experience with managing development teams
- Team work spirit an d initiative
Additional Information
This position requires the knowledge of mechanical an d electrical control design for hydraulic components. English is mandatory.
