Job Description
Job summary:Take responsibility in the expanding China team for software testing an d integration;Responsible for software quality an d continuous reviews with international teams;Set-up an d operate complex HVAC （Heating Ventilation an d Air Conditioning） systems with controls an d IoT features;Communicate with local an d international teams of developers an d testers. Coordinate bug tracking process an d guarantee a continuous improvement of software quality;Support the software specification teams with system knowledge in the system integration process.？？Tasks:Independent requirement analysis for software considering the customer specifications;Leader of all software integration an d testing topics, coordinating tasks within team an d projects;Test an d analyse the software of different HVAC components in the system context down to bus an d wireless communication level to guarantee failure free operation of the system;Create system test concepts based on the software baseline specification an d project requirements to guarantee aligned testing teams an d the required test coverage for release of the product;Team work – also cross-departmental- for the improvement of software development processes an d methods.
Qualifications
Requirements:University degree of Software engineering, electrical an d computer engineering Ｏr similar;Experience in developing embedded software solutions;Experience in software builds, testing methods an d issue tracking （e.g. Jenkins, ROBOT, Jira）;Minimum 2 years experience supervising a team in a technical field;Good knowledge of electronics hardware an d electronic components, especially MCU an d connectivity related components;Knowledge of data communication wired （e.g. bus） an d wireless （e.g. RF, Zigbee, Wi-fi）;Awareness of quality an d cost;Excellent communication skills with local an d international teams an d self-confidence;Must have a strong standing as a test manager among the project team members to achieve the importance of system testing in projects;Analytical an d cross-divisional thinking with an outside the box problem solving approach;Ability to work under pressure;Fluent in English （verbal an d written）;Available for local an d international travel.？
