?Optimize the training portfolio, share the best practices an d leading-edge learning technology (e.g. blended learning, multi-media tools, experiential learning, etc.) to ensure continuous learning.
?Drive the change journey an d encourage employees to be Volvo Car ambassador through culture campaign, day@work rollout, product day, etc.
?Conduct talent assessments to support talents’ individual development plan.
?Support to develop high-potential talents at different levels through graduates program, exchange program, action leaning program, etc.
?Support to upgrade competences of internal trainers, facilitators an d assessors, an d build pool of the best practices an d case studies.
?Other tasks assigned.
?Bachelor degree Or above from a reputable university
?Five to eight-year work experience in learning an d development
?Proficient English in writing an d speaking
?Experience in project management
?Business acumen an d strategic thinking
?Cross-boundary teamwork for synergy
?Learning agility
?Adaptability to changing environment an d uncertainty
Excellent communication under a multi-cultural environment (preferred)
