MP&L Engineer -Supplier Chain Coordination 供应商

性别要求：不限性别 1. 按时完成部门KPI指标及任务。分析差异并采取措施。
2. 对所负责的项目及生产的直接物料，及时、准确发布Call-off。跟踪零件按时到达，满足生产需求。
3. 供应商产能管理：熟悉采购合同中与产能相关的条款，掌握所负责供应商的合同产能与实际产能情况。
当call-off有较大波动时负责对供应商的解释沟通并得到供应商支持情况的明确反馈，与供应商保持良好的合作关系。
4. 在物料发生质量、产能等问题时，作为工厂物料支持情况的第一责任人，及时收集相关方的相关信息，推动问题解决并将对生产的影响及时进行汇报。
5. 持续优化安全库存策略，在保证生产的情况下逐步降低安全库存；
6. 额外运费控制：申请额外运输时需明确责任方，并做好记录；对供应商原因导致的额外运输及时通过A-report进行索赔。
7. 跟踪供应商的日常表现，对供应商物流执行中的问题及时沟通支持。对问题进行统计与分析，并推动供应商的改进。需要A-report处理的及时发出A-report，确保将供应商类似问题对公司造成的损失索赔回来。
8. SCC负责对供应商自送运输的管理。确保供应商理解公司对供应商自送的要求。
9. 与生产计划紧密配合，针对生产计划的变化及时准确的分析物料支持情况，以及对仓储、运输、供应商等相关功能块的影响。对生产计划以量化的方式提出合理的物料限制条件；
10.监控并记录零件的历史库存水平并预测未来趋势，与设定的库存策略进行比较，分析差异原因。提出具体方案降低过高或过低库存造成的风险；
11. 在生产计划大幅度紧急调整等类似情况下，SCC牵头所负责供应商的支持情况调查。对于有问题的供应商，与采购、SQM等相关功能块合作解决。
12. 确保项目造机物料按时到达，对项目额外运费进行控制；
13.对工程变更的物料进行控制，及时与相关功能块反馈、沟通信息，避免新零件无法按时交货或老零件剩余； 14. 对质量验证物料（SRICA）做好与供应商的发货沟通及到货监控，及时与相关功能块反馈、沟通信息。
15. 对所负责物料的Phase out控制，确保物料剩余在计划范围内。
16. 根据主管安排配合IBL进行运输货损物料的索赔工作，并与IBL一同改进索赔流程。
17. 直接主管安排的其他工作。

1. Fulfil function KPI an d tasks on time. Find out gaps an d take measures.
2. Release material call-off of running production an d project build to supplier timely an d accurately. Make sure material arrives at plant on time to meet production demand.
3. Supplier capacity management, be familiar with related capacity terms in commercial contract an d be aware of supplier real capacity status an d Volvo bought capacity.
Make sure good communication an d feedback with supplier when call-off changes a lot.
Maintain good cooperation with suppliers an d establish regular meetings for key suppliers.
4. Be responsible to coordinate with stakeholders to solve supplier constraint issue an d report out to management in time.
5. Continuously optimize safe stock strategy an d reduce safe stock without influence to production.
6. Premium freight cost control: make sure clear responsible is logged an d A-report is issued to claim supplier for premium freight caused by supplier.
7. Follow up supplier delivery performance, Issue A-report, push supplier to do improvements an d charge to supplier.
8. Responsible to manage supplier-self delivery an d make sure supplier understands an d meets company’s requirement.
9. Work closely with production planning team to evaluate influence to material stock, transportation an d supplier delivery based on planning change an d provide suggestion to production plan based on material restriction.
10. Monitor an d record the materials historical inventory levels an d predict future trends, compare with the inventory strategies, analysis the reasons for differences. Give specific proposals to reduce the risk of too high Ｏr too low inventories;
11. Overall responsible for supplier investigations an d cooperation with related functions, in cases of production plan big urgent change.
12. Ensure the project materials arrive timely an d accurately. Control premium freight cost.
13. Engineering change material control, timely feedback an d coordination with other functions. Avoid new parts not arrive on time Ｏr old parts surplus;
14. Monitor delivery an d logistic status of SRICA material by timely communication an d cooperation with supplier an d relevant functions.
15. Control the material phasing out to ensure surplus stock within target level.
16. Support IBL for transport damage material insurance/claim work according to direct manager’s instruction. Improve the insurance/claim process together with IBL.
17. Working task which is arranged by direct manager.
1.本科以上学历
2.3年以上汽车行业供应商管理的工作经验
3.英语：具备良好的读写能力，能够流利的进行口语交流
4.软件：Word、PowerPoint 熟练使用。具备高级Excel操作能力，可以设计MRP模板；
5.专业知识：国际贸易、国际物流管理、供应链管理。熟悉SAP系统的MM及PP模块，尤其是MRP及WM部分。最好对数据库及软件编程有一定了解。
6.其他：基础项目管理知识与经验

1.Bachelor Ｏr above degree;
2.More than 3 years working experience in supplier management in Car / Engine industry.
3.English: Have good reading an d writing skills, fluency in oral communication;
4.Software: Skilled user of Word, PowerPoint. Have advanced ability in Excel, can develop MRP template;
5.Expertise: International trade, international logistics management, supply chain management. Be familiar with SAP MM an d PP module, especially MRP an d WM. Prefer to have some knowledge on database an d programing;
6.Others: Basic project management knowledge an d experience.
