? Research local an d regional economic issues.
? Provide consultative services to governmental an d nongovernmental agencies regarding urban an d rural regeneration.
? Propose solutions to issues such as labor markets, education an d skills, deprivation an d social inclusion, inward investment an d business development.
? Draft an d prepare reports based on project outcomes.
? Plays a key role in marketing an d business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations.
? Client management.
? Project management for small to medium sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, an d staff management.
? Other work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Ｏr Master Degree in economics, finance, geography, social science, Ｏr related fields.
? Generally requires 2 to 5 years related experience in a comparable position.
? Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, but non-consultant candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
? Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
? Good writing an d oral communication skills both in English an d Mandarin.
? Good numeracy skills an d experience with socioeconomic data analysis.
? Solid experience of report writing.
? A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more an d a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.
? Relevant experience working in a regeneration Ｏr economic development environment would be advantageous.
Location:

职位要求：

? 熟练应用微软Office软件。
? 良好的中英文沟通能力。
? 良好的数理能力，对社会经济数据分析有经验。
? 有撰写报告的经验。
? 强烈的责任感和求知欲，希望在一个不断变化、执行力强的团队环境中工作。
? 有再生或经济发展环境工作经验者优先考虑。
