JobResponsibility:Coordinate with CIIC to Handle monthly payroll, social security an d housing fund administration ensure accuracy an d timely deposit;responsible for updating an d maintain staff database an d ensure C&B report an d record accuracy;Provide monthly labour cost related reports by cost center an d projects (if needed) timely with high accuracy , analyse related data with high quality as required, provide constructive suggestions to improve current process an d procedures to ensure all company policies are in compliance with labour law; Provide various reports to both internal an d external auditors with high quality; Support annual performance review an d merit increase;Keep the alignment with government s latest policy on social security an d housing fund of different districts, maintain good relationship with related Gov.; participate on C&B programs
Requirements:Bachelor degree in management discipline, major in Human Resource Management is preferred; More than 3 years experiences in HR filed, at least 2 years hands on experience in C&B administration function;High integrity an d sense of confidentiality, service minded, a logistic thinker an d result-oriented performer, team work spirit; Familiar with Chinese labor law an d related regulations, have basic finance knowledge especially in IIT will be a plus;Strong communication skills, fluent written an oral in English, proficiency in excel an d PPT, work experience in multi-national firms will be an added advantage;Fluent in oral english, reading an d writing.
