1. Receiving order from customer, able to follow up customer orders till final delivery including order placement into system, document preparation.2. Respond customer mails effectively an d efficient.Can prioritize different tasks among requests.3.Understand customer demand an d needs, follow up with ECN order implementation, new product sample follow up4.Daily communicate with customers with regards to the products / orders / payment/delivery, an d achieve KPI.5. Join regular meeting with AcCount executive to review the acCounts an d order status in the region.6.Solve complaints, (not critical ones, such as shipment shortage)7. Bonus/commission follow up an d payment 8. Work with shipping an d package team for customer orders.REQUIRED EDUCATION an d EXPERIENCE:1.Bachelor degree Or above. Major in business management Or English is preferred.2.> 2 years working experience in export customer service Or related area. Experience in FMCG business Or a manufacturing industry in a plus.REQUIRED SKILLS an d ABILITIES1. Understand export shipment process, familiar with export customs regulations.2. Very good English communication, CET 6 Or above, is a must, both in writing an d speaking3. Strong interpersonal an d understanding skill.4.Good team work spirit. Ready to take challenge an d learn new knowledge.
