What are my responsibilities?
Administrative Management
- Implement all administrative tasks an d policies, devote to team building an d culture development
- Manage the office working environment in terms of layout plan, available office space an d facilities
- Manage department purchase an d delivery, responsible for administration cost an d budget management, maintain inventory an d assets
- Organize department meetings, events an d activities; provide meeting agenda an d logistic support for global visitors an d customers
- Manage admin related suppliers, handle communication with internal teams
- Assist executives with team management, handle confidential information an d docs, manage work agenda an d travel schedule
- Cooperate with Finance to make department quarterly budget plan, achieve cost control properly
- Support HR projects an d interviews, facilitate employee training an d activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Basic project management, service management according to ITIL.
Very good English. Knowledge of German is an advantage. Knowledge of product research an d design.
Communication skills.
Time management skills.
