Job Description:
负责对德勤咨询内部的现有的数据分析服务进行可产品化需求挖掘、评估、并在评估通过后，进行产品化实施推进；
根据德勤咨询数据咨询服务所属行业及方案特点，分析第三方产品引入可能性，并形成新的德勤产品线；
根据德勤新技术研究成果，进行成果的产品化开发，并形成新的德勤产品线；
管理上述三个来源的系列产品线，协调该类产品线内部关系，合理分配内部资源；
组织领导团队，跟踪上述系列产品的相关开发改进进度，完成产品开发、测试、版本管理、评审发布，产品上线等相关工作；
组织领导团队，监督确保上述系列产品开发的合理交给，优化方案、资源落实和项目进度；
跟踪上述系列产品上线后的市场效果、用户反馈、收集和挖掘改进需求、并与产品来源方沟通，持续改进产品；
Qualifications:
5年以上数据产品设计及开发相关经验，熟悉主流的大数据平台如hadoop、Teradata等，精通SQL，掌握Axure、Visio、MindManager等基本产品工具，有数据分析与挖掘经验者优先；
良好的数据敏感度，优秀的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰，思维严谨，良好的英语沟通及写作能力，有数据分析与挖掘经验者优先；
大学本科以上，数学、统计学、计算机软件工程专业者优先；
有强烈的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力，具有良好的职业道德及敬业精神；
良好的团队领导能力，有良好的客户意识、服务意识和团队合作精神，创新精神
