Role Purpose:To continue to build the acCount for Kantar Worldpanel through delivering strong business insights with the consumer panel data.Key Role Responsibilities & Competencies:
Overall responsibilities:1. Participating in the projects negotiation an d understand clients request * Collect an d analyze client s request information, organize relevant people in the company an d the department to collectively analyze an d discuss project needs an d provide quotations.* Collect an d prepare relevant data an d materials for the project negotiation, organize the communication an d negotiation an d provide information support an d professional advice during the negotiation process.* Accept orders from clients, keep contact with clients an d communicate to confirm the relevant details of the report production.
2. Managing the operation an d execution of the project* Keep contact with data production department, utilize relevant software an d analytical skills to collect, classify an d prepare key data group an d ensure data accuracy an d reliable.* Organize an d compile data analysis report based on the contract an d detail requirement, make sure the report materials are reliable an d process if precise.
3. Maintain client relationship an d provide customer service* Maintain daily contact with the clients, handle customer consultation an d complaint, build an d keep good relationship with the clients.* Organize client meetings, collect an d prepare meeting materials, compile meeting related report.* Identify client s potential needs, maintain an d expand the sales on the existing clients, discover potential client value.* Participate in setting new client development plan an d the detail implementation, turn newly potential client into current client.
4. Revenue forecast an d client revenue management* Analyze an d summarize historical revenue data, make reasonable revenue forecast, provide information support an d professional advice for the departmental business plan.* Manage client revenue sheet, maintain contact with finance department an d ensure timely payment of projects.
5. Understand business dynamic an d solve technical problem* Use intranet, internet Or commercial magazines to find out Kantar an d consumer panel activities related to the team as well as to the clients.* Collect an d analyze competitors an d market information; be well aware of the advantages an d disadvantages of competitors; offer information support an d suggestions in order to maintain an d elevate the competitiveness of the company.* Participate in solving professional an d technical difficulties, provide professional support to the provincial an d regional projects.
6. Participate in process improvement an d technique innovation* Improve the operating skills of the applicable software, ensure data accuracy an d improve the efficiency of data classification.* Improve the production process an d method of regular client report an d diagram, improve the report production efficiency.* Share with team members the approaches of process an d technical improvement, push forward the improvement implementation.
7. Organize, build an d maintain the team* based on business expansion, set an d organize to implement the recruitment plan of the team members.* Set working objectives for the whole team, guide tem members to set personal working objectives an d development plan, monitor the objective carry-out an d evaluate the objective implementation.* Organize training for the team members, provide guidance an d advices to the daily work of subordinates, improve staff s overall ability an d competency.
Minimum requirements:
Education: University bachelor degree; majored in marketing, statistics, psychology, Or other relevant subjectsExperience: Four years Or more experience in market research an d minimum 2 years of management experienceKnowledge: Have a good knowledge of relevant expertise, as well as of customer fixed panel product an d system knowledge; proficient in the use of MS Office an d customer fixed panel analysis softwareCapacities: Good oral an d written English; having a strong sense of responsibility; good communication, organization an d coordination abilities; team building an d good at analyzing an d solving problems; good learner an d innovator;
