职 位： 弱电维护工程师汇报对象： 工程部主管部 门： 后勤工作地点： 上海工作职责：1. 对弱电系统进行预防性维护保养和日常维修，包括BA系统，消防报警系统，灭火系统，监控系统，闭路电视系统，楼宇自控系统，对讲系统，电子门锁系统，停车场管理系统，能源管理系统、电教系统、会议系统等，使设备处于正常的运行状态；2. 按照工作检查表检查弱电系统运行情况并做好记录工作。定期向上级汇报弱电设备缺陷和安全隐患；3. 执行弱电系统和设备的接收；4. 完成上级交代的其他工作。
招聘要求：1. 自动化专业本科学历；2. 五年以上运行和维护工作经验；3. 弱电系统专业知识，项目管理经验；4. 具备低压操作证，有一定的物业管理经验；5. 熟悉微软Office软件和AutoCAD； 6. 积极主动，协调能力和人际沟通能力，具有较强的责任心及团队意识。

Job Responsibilities:To carry out preventive maintenance an d daily repair job of ELV systems, including BA system, fire, CCTV, TV, BAS, elevator phone, an d electronic door, parking management system, energy management system，audio-visual system, conference system etc. To keep equipment running effectively.Make good inspection an d record on ELV system. Make defects an d unsafe element reports to department head regularly.Execute systems an d equipment take over process an d checklist.4. Other tasks assigned from manager.
Job Requirement:1. Bachelor Degree in automation.2. 5 years solid Operation an d Maintenance working experience.3. Good knowledge ELV systems. Hands on experience with project management.4. Hold low voltage equipment operation certificates, familiar with Property management.Familiar with Microsoft Office an d AutoCAD.
6. Positive, good coordination an d communication skills, high team work.
