北电爱思特（江苏）科技有限公司（简称 BEST ）是由韩国SK集团、北京电子控股有限责任公司、北京汽车集团有限公司合资成立的北京电控爱思开科技有限公司投资建立。SK集团是韩国第三大跨国企业，主要以能源化工、信息通信为两大支柱产业，《财富》世界500强，排名84位。北京电子控股有限责任公司旗下拥有京东方、七星电子、电子城3家上市公司，27家二级企事业单位，产品广泛应用于电子信息、航空航天等领域。北京汽车集团有限公司是中国五大汽车集团之一，主要从事整车制造、零部件制造、汽车服务贸易、研发等业务，《财富》世界500强，排名第124位。
BEST公司位于江苏省金坛经济开发区，总投资100亿元，占地面积812亩，注册资本25亿，一期项目投资50亿元，占地252亩，建设厂房10.7万平方米。厂区建设2条动力电池极片生产线和4条组装与分容化成生产线，生产能量密度大于260Wh/kg的三元系（NCM）锂离子电池芯。
未来燃油车将退出历史舞台，取而代之的是电动汽车。伴随新能源汽车销量增长，动力电池作为核心零部件也得到快速增长。目前国内动力电池逐渐形成高端三元电池稀缺，磷酸铁锂与低端三元电池相对过剩的行业格局。三元电池将持续提高在新能源汽车中的渗透率，大概率领跑动力锂离子电池市场。BEST依托SKI世界领先的三元电池制造技术，预计项目建成投产达产年平均产出7GWh/年，将实现达产年均销售收入44亿元。

BEST is located in jintan economic development zone, jiangsu province, with a registered capital of 2.5 billion yuan. In the factory, two production lines of power battery electrodes an d four production lines of assembly an d fractal forming were constructed to produce tri-system （NCM） li-ion battery cells with energy density greater than 260Wh/kg.
The fuel cars of the future will be replaced by electric vehicles. With the growth of sales of new energy vehicles, the power battery as a core component has also been growing rapidly. At present, the domestic power battery gradually forms the industry pattern of high-end ternary battery scarcity, an d the industry pattern of relative surplus of lithium iron phosphate an d low-end ternary battery. The ternary batteries will continue to increase penetration in new energy vehicles, presumably leading the market for power lithium-ion batteries. BEST relies on SKI s world-leading three-cell manufacturing technology, an d it is estimated that the project will be completed an d put into production, achieving an average annual output of 7GWh/ year, an d achieving an average annual sales revenue of 4.4 billion.
