Job description:1) Keep close monitor on SOP review for team acCount, random check team member understanding about SOP2) Take lead for new acCount on board include but not limited to SOP review/staff recruitment & training / vendor manual making / vendor meeting3) Supervise the team to provide high quality service to customers, minimize service failure an d customer complain4) Maintain good relationship with service provider including warehouse / customs broker / booking agent / ocean carriers an d ensure the service deliveries in accordance with our customers’ requirements. Regular review meeting with them is needed5) Build up supervisors with the skills of team management6) Organize the customers visit in good manner to meet the expectation of the customers including preparing professional presentation an d on-site introduction7) Establish close tie with customer local office via regular meeting an d close meeting follow-up8) Support with individual team for various tasks assigned by branch manager9) Ensure team member Update finance system correctly an d accurately, no loss to company10) Take lead for new project preparing an d implementation11) Monitor Shanghai KPI performance an d process streamline
Professional Skills:1) At least 8 years of experience in ocean forwarding industry an d buyer consolidation experience is preferred2) At least 3 years of team management experience (> 5 people) is preferred3) Detail-oriented an d good analysis skill4) Fluent English in both oral an d written, CET-4 is a must5) High sense of responsibility6) Can work under pressure an d willing to take challenge
