招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Citrix Analytics Platform team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate is energized by the thought of developing a big data platform an d tools for big data ingestion, processing, an d analytics.
The candidate is a seasoned software engineer who designs, develops, troubleshoots an d debugs complex software applications, demonstrating for others how to resolve issues in innovative an d practical ways. This individual will work on a team of talented engineers responsible for designing, developing, optimizing an d extending the Citrix Analytics big data platform.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, an d maintain the Citrix Analytics platformExtend the Citrix Analytics platform by researching an d applying new big data technologies an d stacks to solve business problemsMaintain the Citrix analytics platform by diagnosing, predicting an d correcting scaling problemsWork with large streams of data with tools like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flume, an d CassandraContribute to our team’s growing set of development platforms, tools, an d processesBuild automation an d tools that will increase the productivity of teams located in different GEOs. Provide input an d feedback to teams regarding decisions surrounding topics such as infrastructure, data architectures, an d DevOps/SRE strategy
· Support an d provide guidance to the company’s software engineering processes an d standards
· Pursue an d encourage others to acquire information an d training regarding trends an d advancements within area of specialization, incorporating these improvements where applicable

Required Skills
· BS Ｏr MS degree in computer science, electrical engineering, Ｏr related field is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience.
Strong CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms with good understanding of big data
· Familiar with SQL an d MS SQLServer, fluency in database specific programming language （T-SQL）
Hands-on experience in relational databases an d NO-SQL databasesAbility to design data models, monitor an d debug issue an d tuning performanceUnderstand database design principal is a plus
· Experience of working on development an d delivery product based on Cloud Services （Azure, AWS） is a strong plus
· Machine Learning experience is a strong plus
· Hands-on experience in designing an d implementing data ingestion an d transformation for big data platforms （Hadoop, Spark, kafka, storm etc.）, proven track record designing highly parallelized data ingestion an d transformation jobs in Spark including Spark Streaming is a strong plus
· Capability of using multiple programming languages （python, Java, javascript, Node, Scala, etc.） is a plus
· Security knowledge an d experience is a plus
Experience with using automation tools （Ansible, Puppet, Chef） an d DevOps tools （Jenkins, Travis-CI, Gitlab CI） is a plus
· Strong communication （verbal an d written, Chinese an d English） an d interpersonal skill
