Job Title : Assistant Store Manager/Store ManagerLocation : Xiamen Mixc, China
Role objectiveTo be primarily responsible for the management of the store as the store in charge role. This will include people management, store business performance, all store operations, internal & external relationships, CRM an d building the brands image.
ResponsibilitiesSales objectives & TargetsAim to exceed all sales targets set by the Company an d ensure that all targets are met by constantly building an d maintaining a strong client base.Analyse sales figures an d CRM activity to develop immediate & long range goal plansTarget setting for team members on monthly, quarterly & annual basisCompany project an d specific task execution, identify proper ways of working an d strategy in local market to make sure all projects & tasks are well executed an d moving smoothlyMaintaining awareness of local & luxury market trends an d monitoring local competition activity.Building relationships with local an d VIP clients.
Store Standards an d Customer CareLiaising with your team, other relevant colleagues an d customers in order to identifying an d resolving urgent issuesShowcase exemplary customer service an d resolve customer situations diplomatically, whilst abiding to all Company policiesAdhering an d reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelinesEnsure best possible management of stores upkeep an d maintenance, surveying an d highlighting any necessary building work, cleaning & other action is undertakenKey contact person with all company other functions, coordinate on various internal project an d tasks, including merchansing, PR & marketing, VM, HR, Admin, etc.
Manage Store Operation budgetsManage store operations in the most effective way whilst minimizing costs through, including; couriers/postage/ alterations & any other outsourced work
People ManagementLead an d motivate store staff by being a role model an d setting an exceptional example to all staffPerformance management for all store staff, work closely with company HR on any employment issue an d annual performance review process with the team membersRecruitment support an d work with HR on attract excellent talent in the local marketIn-store training including: New staff induction, product knowledge, store system & reporting, etc.Roster & leave, commission management for the store team, monthly HR reporting according to company policies
Requirements
above 7 years luxury working experience, more than 3 years solid management role. Strong sales driving skillStrong team management skillGood English in both spoken an d writtenOpen, passionate, with good communication skillAble to work under pressureMature & discipline
