50% Reception Work 1. Receive an d answer all incoming calls properly2. Greet an d direct visitors （clients, candidates an d vendors） ensure adherence to building security protocols by checking identification, logging visitors an d issuing passes3. Handle all incoming an d outgoing correspondence including newspapers, magazines, letters, courier bags promptly4. Maintain a good standard of tidiness an d cleanliness of the reception area5. Coordinate shuttle bus an d transportation schedule for office running6. Ｕpdated internal directory monthly an d keep other office staff on post7. Meal an d meeting room booking for visitors50% Admin Work & EHS Support1. To purchase an d prepare company supplies, which including stationery, drinking water an d other office appliances, to ensure all supplies are received at the right time with right quantities an d good qualities2. Handle all domestic an d international travel for associates an d visitors （included air/train/boat ticket booking, issuance an d modification, hotel reservation, Car rental an d travel vendor searching, etc.）3. To check monthly administrative cost an d submit expense reports to OPC4. Coordinate the visa application for office staffs an d global visitors5. Keep all secure an d confidential company document an d information in a proper way6. Other projects as assigned by the admin supervisor7. Assist to enhance the management of emergency response Assist to make an d post EHS related label.
