岗位职责：
－协助销售团队和法规部门完成对化学品合规软件数据的维护工作。－协助销售团队录入和维护销售线索信息，如展会上收集到的名片信息等。－协助销售团队完成数据筛选、管理及数据分析的工作。－协助全球或本地团队完成其他指定项目。Job Responsibilities:－Assist sales team an d compliance team to input an d maintain data in chemical compliance software－Support sales team to enter sales leads into CRM system, i.e., name cards from tradeshows－Assist sales team to manage an d analyze data information－Work closely with local Ｏr global team to support other tasks/projects assigned
岗位基本要求：
－本科在读学生，研究生亦可，专业不限，优先考虑化学、化工等相关专业的候选人。－寒假期间能够每日出勤，开学后一周至少保证出勤2-3天以上。
－本岗位为非技术型、非研发相关。
－大学英语四级或以上。－能够在快节奏的工作环境中，从容应对并妥善处理多重事务。
－极其专注细节和准确性，有耐心和责任心。
－能按时完成各项工作、具备杰出的时间管理技能。－能熟练运用微软办公室操作软件，如：Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint等。Education, Experience an d QualificationsUniversity Ｏr postgraduate students, Chemistry Ｏr a related major is preferredDaily attendance during winter vacation an d attendance at 2-3 days a week after new term beginsThis is not a technical Ｏr research & development related intern position.CET-4 Ｏr aboveAbility to multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.Quick learner, detail-oriented an d high responsibilityDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse teamProven proficiency Microsoft Office 2007/2010: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
