ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 主要职责

1. Conduct safety risk assessment for each workshop section of the factory, compile relevant procedures, and conduct safety hidden danger inspection for the factory regularly to reduce safety risks

对工厂各工位进行安全风险评估，编制相关程序书，并定期对工厂进行安全隐患检查，降低安全风险

2. Occupational health management, identify occupational hazard factors, define the operators must wear protective equipment, and regularly concentration detection of occupational hazard factors and ensure the employee's health

职业健康管理，识别职业危害因素，定义员工须佩戴的安全防护用品，并定期检测职业危害因素浓度，确保员工的健康

3. Establish and maintain EHS management system, rules and regulations

EHS管理体系、规章制度的建立和维护

4. Staffing company safety special management plan, familiar with emergency plan management and exercises, etc.

编制公司安全专项管理计划，熟悉应急预案管理及演练等。

5. Apply for safety, environmental protection, occupational health and other related materials, and cooperate with the inspection and reception of government

申报安全、环保、职业卫生等相关资料，配合政府监管部门的检查与接待

6. Manage fire control, special operations, special equipment etc.

消防、特种作业、特种设备等的管理

7. Responsible for the management of chemicals, including the temporary storage, loading and unloading, handling, use, scrap the safe operation of each process

负责化学品的管理，包括装卸、暂存、搬运、使用、废弃各过程的安全操作

8. Supervision of normal operation of fire control facilities, be responsible for fire fighting traning and evacuation drill

监督消防设施正常运行，负责员工的消防培训以及疏散演练

9. Establish training courseware for safety, occupational health, fire control and environmental, and organize special training

编制安全、职业卫生、消防、环保相关培训课件，并组织开展专项培训

10. Know well of the relevant laws and regulations

熟悉相关法律法规

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育/经历

1. College degree or above in safety engineerin, environmental engineering or related discipline.

大专以上学历，安全工程、环境工程或相关专业。

2. With ISO14001 &18001 internal auditors certificate or have resistered safety engineer certificate is preferred.

具备ISO14001&18001内审员或具备注册安全工程师证书优先；

3. At least 3 years safety management experience in metal processing company
