- 负责机加工刀具进出库，管理刀具库数据，每半年对刀具库进行盘点

Be responsible for CNC cutting tools placed into storage and removed from storage, cutting tool house data management and inventory checking every six months

- 依据加工产品的刀具配置表，提前做好刀具准备工作

Make the advance preparation for cutting tool in accordance with the tool configuration table

- 维持刀具***库存，杜绝发生因刀具缺损造成生产进度延误

Keep the best cutting tool inventory, completely eradicate production delay caused by lack of cutting tool

- 负责机加工刀具、工具、检具的库房保养

Be responsible for maintaining CNC cutting tools, measuring tools and other tools

- 协助工艺工程师对刀具寿命进行管理，使刀具在***使用状态

Assist process engineer in managing lifetime of cutting tool to be sure that cutting tool are used in the best status

- 向工艺工程师提供刀具资料，并及时更新

Provide cutting tool data to CNC Process Engineer, and keep updating the data

- 及时向上级汇报刀具消耗情况

Report to superior the consumption of cutting tool

- 与机加工操作员等相关人员保持良好沟通和积极配合

Keep good communication and positive coordination with IHM operator

- 负责机加工消耗品的登记、入库、领用

Be responsible for the CNC consumable supplies registration, placing into storage and removing from storage

- 负责机加工工具、检具的登记领用

Be responsible for CNC cutting tools and measuring tools registration

- 自觉遵守公司各项管理制度、规定

Consciously comply with all company management rules and regulations

- 完成上级分配的其他工作

任职资格Qualification

- 机械类中技以上学历

At least polytechnic school graduation, majored in mechanics or other majors

- 3年机加工工作经验

3 years of CNC operation experience

- 熟练使用电脑

Familiar with using computer

- 具备一定的CNC加工知识

Familiar with CNC Machining knowledge

- 具有一定的仓库管理经验

Some warehouse management experience

- 工作细心，工作态度积极主动，团队意识强

Attentive, self-motivated, positive, and have a strong team spirit
