法务专员 Legal Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1、为公司日常经营提供法律支持；

To provide legal support for the daily operation of the company;

2、起草、审查和修改公司各类法律文书及合同，制定标准合同；

To draft, review and modify the company’s various legal documents and contracts, and make standard contracts;

3、对公司制度及商务行为提出法律意见，参与建立健全风险控制体系；

To put forward legal opinions on the company's system and business behavior, and participate in the establishment and improvement of risk control system;

4、完善公司合同管理制度，跟进公司各部门单位的合同履行控制；

To improve the contract management system of the company, follow up the contract performance control of all departments and units of the company;

5、完成上级交代的其他相关工作.

To complete other related work assigned by superiors.

任职资格:

Job Requirements:

1、正规院校法律专业或相关专业毕业，具有法律资格证书或者律师执照优先；

Legal major or related major in a formal university, with legal qualification certificate or lawyer's license is preferred;

2、优秀的应届毕业生或具有大型企业法务工作经验或律师职业经验；

Excellent fresh graduates or have legal work experience in large enterprises or lawyer career experience;

3、参与过大型合同的设计，法务条款释义、答疑，有过大型谈判及诉讼经验；

Participated in the design of large-scale contracts, interpretation and Q&A of legal terms, and had experience in large-scale negotiation and litigation;

4、具备扎实的民商法及劳动法基础，熟悉公司合同管理体系和法律风险控制流程；

Solid foundation of civil and commercial law and labor law, familiar with the company's contract management system and legal risk control process;

5、优秀的英语沟通能力。

Excellent communication skills in English.
