招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Job Responsibilities:Ensure that all products produced meet the CQV criteria. Ensure that all quality QP's (e.g. HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)) and safety regulations are in place, monitored and followed by corrective actions. Responsible for the manufacturing lines operational and financial performance in line with organization’s annual operating plan commitment and kick-off requirements. You will demonstrate and deliver financial control, compliance and improvement, through a proactive approach with regards to the total cost of manufacturing and conversion cost control associated with the lines, their operation and their portfolio. Working closely with the Production Manager you will inform and shape line and budget requirements and will deliver adherence to budget figures approved by the Organization and Site which will include recruitment and training budgets. Tracking and reporting to deviations will form a significant part of the role and your focus will ensure the area has the most cost-effective production process, while meeting the production schedule with best quality at lowest possible costs in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. As Production Engineer a fundamental part of the role is being able to understand opportunity and loss. You will be able to assess, quantify and deliver process, systems and product improvements across the lines to support growth and margin. To support this, you must have the ability to engage, manage and leverage relationships and interfaces with other functions and suppliers. Produce according to the production plan in line with conversion costs, loss rate and recipes. Responsible for materials management, replenishment of materials and achievement of raw and packaging inventory targets as defined by Site and Organization. Manage the interfaces with Procurement and suppliers if the situation requires. Lead throughout all the phases of the Organization improvement Roadmaps today and in the future by the creation of the line roadmap and engagement and alignment of the team in its delivery. To enable this, you will ensure appropriate levels of training and development are in place to maintain business critical capability skills whilst developing individuals and teams to support personal growth and section maturity plans.
Job Requirements: 5 years experience in Production Engineering, in food industrial experience a plus. Experience as Production Supervisor preferred.Good English language, good communication skills both verbally and written.Bachelor's degree in food engineering or bioengineering related background, master's degree preferred.
