Implement export operations in conformance with customs laws, regulations and policies include documents preparation, goods tracking sea and air shipment, inspection, etcMaintain ERP system for the shipment to customer.Book the shipment and balance the shipment.Prepare all documents for shipment.Control premium shipment based on company policy.Follow up the shipment to ensure customer receive shipment timely based on the delivery term.Keep good relationship with customs, inspection office, forwarder, transportation company and all other relevant parties.Respond quickly to any emergency cases in export, customs handbook or inspection related and can solve immediately.Work closely with other colleague in function to ensure the record in customs are correct and updated whenever any changes happen. The purpose is to eliminate the variance of bonded materials.Logistics cost RFQ to support new business.Freight cost follows up and make improvement.Other related duties as assignedComply with EHS system’s requirementsComply with IATF16949 requirements Qualification
Bachelor degree or aboveMore than 6 years of Import & Export area.Familiar with Customs rules and regulations, especially EPZ Customs policy.Good at Customs handbook application and cancellation, including the daily maintenance and monthly & yearly audit on the booklet.Bonded equipment management, including the monthly check with user department, cancel the Customs supervision and scrap out of EPZ for equipment over 3 years.Ability work under high pressure.Good communication skill both in English and ChineseGlad to accept challenges
