招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Responsibilities:Installation and commisioning · To support in finalizing the lab layout in accordance to the lab equipments required · To lead the installation and commissioning of new lab equipments and during relocation, old equipments too. · Validation of the equipment’s results. · Setting up of equivalency in terms of testing. · Developing SOPs for the all testings · Supporting SCM in ordering new equipment/ apparatus. System Implementation · To implement IATF-16949, OHSAS · Implemetation of systems: MSA, LIMS and XAL. · To ensure the safe working as per local regulations and DINEX EHS standards. · LEAN implementation. · Develop SOPs and Calibration Samples, Team Development · To develop and train the team for procedures · Should identify the key trainings for the team member. · Manpower management to facilitate the smooth functioning within the shifts.Daily working · Managing all the shift operations. · Timely testing to support QA, Production and Process development. · ETP management to ensure the effluent discharge’s standard to meet regulations. · Should ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of all the equipments/apparatus(s). · Should ensure the PPEs compliance. · Should conduct the LPAs as per schedule Technology Transfers(TTs) and NPI activities · Lead the lab related activities in APQP, PPAP, NPI and TTs. · Contribute in CFT team meetings and NPI discussions from Lab’s point of view. · Should support Process development activities and implement new methods if required. Coordinate with Technology and Group NPI for process developemnt support.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in lab testing in Automotive Catalyst industry, specific to OEM Catalyst converter Strong experience in using lab equipments: XRF, ICP, Particle Size, AAS, Back pressure, XRD, Rheology, Solid analyzer, Surface Area, Dosing of Washcoats etc.. Knowledge of handling system customer and audits Technical mindset, high attention to detail and high observation ability,outstanding organizational skills, determination, target driven,solution oriented, good communication and presentation skillsWilling to travel for official requirementsComputer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, ERPLanguages: Essential-English, Both – spoken and written
