招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 JOB DEscriptION职位描述Reporting to Company management and Head of Legal, the Senior Legal Assistant will be responsible to provide operational and contract support for assigned businesses and functions (HR, R&D, Supply Chain Management, Financing etc.), provide general advice and counsel to management, including recommendations and legal opinions pertaining to strategic and operational decision making.资深法律助理向公司管理层和法务负责人汇报，为指定的业务和职能（人力资源、研发、供应链管理、融资等）提供运营中的以及合同方面的支持，为管理层提供广泛的法律意见和建，包括涉及战略决策和运营决策的建议、法律意见。
RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述 ：1.Provide legal and strategic counsel to business operations and corporate functions in order to maximize benefits and reduce risk.为业务运营和公司事务提供法律及战略意见以***化公司利益并降低风险。2.Ensure the business practices, policies and activities of businesses meet legal and management requirements.确保业务操作、公司政策和业务活动符合法律及管理的要求。3.Actively identify potential problems and devise solutions that strike an effective balance between cost and return, including both short term and long term business and legal considerations.积极识别潜在问题，设计解决方案，有效平衡成本与回报，同时从短期和长期角度对业务及法律进行考量。4.Provide legal advice on contract terms and conditions and assists in identifying and assessing risk related to alternative terms and conditions.对合同的条款和条件提供法律意见并协助识别和评估替代性条款和条件的风险。5.Participate in negotiations in order to properly communicate the company’s position, maximize benefits and reduce risk.参加谈判，以便正确传达公司的意见、利益***化并降低风险。6.Engage, manage and supervise outside counsel when necessary, to provide the necessary level of legal services required for specific transactions.必要时聘用、管理并监督外部律所，为特定的交易提供必要水平的法律意见。
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required技能、经验和资格要求 1.Licensed to practice law in China and/or in other law jurisdiction and have law degree from reputable law school.毕业于知名法学院并获得学位，取得中国和/或其他法域的法律职业资格。2.At least 10 years’ legal experience ideally with a major law firm and in a public or private company setting.在知名律所或国营或私营公司至少有10年法务工作经验。3. Broad based generalist legal background, preferably in a equipment manufacturing environment.具有相当广度的法律背景，具有设备制造行业经验者优先。4.Highly developed sense of judgment and risk management skills, with proven ability to think globally.有很强的判断力以及风险管理技能，能进行全局性的思考。5.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.熟练的英文和中文的读写和听说能力。
