Job Description
- Being the technical interface to customer projects, and lead customer technical requirement break-down & analysis- Provide onsite technical support for on-going project, include demo device setup, bug tracing and maintenance.- Support the creation and presentation of system solutions, demos and collateral to be used at shows and customer sites- Work with the sales, R&D teams to support/track design-in project s in strategy/key customers as defined by marketing.
Qualifications
-1 years’ experience of technical product support, working experience in digitalization, urban mobility and V2X is a plus.-Rich Experience as a technical window towards customer.-Proven capability in solution designing and customer requirement guidance.-Good English communication in written and oral spoken
