Job Description
Job SummaryPower electronics designer with main focus on DC/DC,DC/AC hardware developmentRoles and Responsibilities DC/DC, DC/AC Hardware development engineer. Report to R&D supervisorResearch and design the DC/DC, DC/AC for fuel cell electrical vehicle applicationRequirements analysisDeriving technical specification based on system analysis (e.g. fuel stack system)Define DC/DC,DC/AC electronic topology(boost, buck …)Define KPIs (efficiency, size, cost…) of DC/DC. DC/AC with benchmark to competitorsHardware schematic design/simulations including control board, driving circuit, IGBT etc.PCB layout design and product integrationProduct performance test/ endurance testProduct EMC noise analysis and analysisProduct safety design according to normsThermal conduct calculation and simulationCommunication with supplier/customer for the R&D products
Qualifications
Master degree or above in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Computer, etc.Basic understanding of automotive components and control systemKnowledge of electrical vehicle E/E architecture and Power train topology , Fuel cell knowledge is a plusDeep knowledge of electrical motor and its controlDeep knowledge in the electronic: convert/invert topology, MCU, FPGA, power supply, IGBT, etc.Simulators capable to optimize the product in term of performance/efficiency/size etc.Design for product performance and EMC testKnowledge of ？functional safety design？Can use professional software (e.g. Altium？ Designer /Cadence)Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spiritEnglish written and verbalWillingness to work and interact in international team
