1.Manage and guide team to achieve target, define strategy of key commodity such as motor, cubicle, support department to improve process and procedure
2. Project management, take the responsibility to fulfill the task defined within the team, fill in and maintenance the information in ERP system.
3.New products PPAP follow-up , clarify and communicate with supplier about our requirement, follow-up the procedure of PPAP
4.Supplier management, establish logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up, timely solve the delivery issues in daily operation, Set up partnership with supplier. Support SQA to improve supplier delivery, quality and process
5.Negotiation, achieve win-win situation
6.Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up
7.New supplier Introduction, market survey by using IT technology and other information channel, analyze the information and select potential supplier. Implement AC Wuxi sourcing strategy, use supplier selection criteria and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier.
任职要求：
1. Over 5 years working experience in sourcing activities
2.Good knowledge on engineering drawing.
3.With certain economic and legal knowledge
4.Good English, Chinese and computer skill
5.Good negotiation skill, experience as team leader is preferred
6.Strong ambitious and skills in cost saving, high skill in supplier negotiation, payment terms, inventory control, delivery performance improvement and strong push in supplier quality improvement.
7.Be loyal to company AC Wuxi , at least 3 years to be committed to the new mission.
