Sales Leader (***/***) ALPEX Technologies is a leading global supplier of tooling systems for the production of composite components. We are a supplier of tooling systems and cover everything from development and design through construction and manufacturing, to assembly of the complete production solution. At our 2000 m2 production site in Changshu, China, we manufacture our high performance tooling systems for the Asian market. In order to offer our Asian customers the best solution, we operate with our know-how from the engineering and development departments of our headquarters in Austria. Your task: ? Maintaining contacts ? Market and customer support to secure and expand ALPEX in China. Short and medium-term goal security ? Technical and commercial support of projects, offers and orders? Conducting customer negotiations ? Supporting existing customers and attracting new customers ? Securing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty ? Representation of the company among customers, external sales organizations and worldwide trade fairs ? Conduct market analysis and develop distribution strategies Your profile: ? Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or plastics engineering ? Negotiable Chinese / English skills ? Experience in the distribution of composite components ? Safe use of MS Office ? Very good communication skills, confident appearance, independent and goal-oriented way of working ? Willingness to travel high
