Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.
Tasks
Manage assigned products in regards to market and customer requirements, technical development, and economic value of product;Plan and execute market research (Exploratory, descriptive and causal market research) using both primary and secondary market research (Market potential, benchmarking, competitors, market und customer requirements, price levels, technical developments etc.);Plan, execute and control marketing campaigns (Exhibitions, conferences, customer events, mailings etc.);Prepare market communication material (Brochures, video, advertisements, Internet etc.);Research and understand differentiation/value drivers of products Manage the product lifecycle of the assigned product category (Identify new product ideas based on market requirements, definition of product features for new product development, collaborate with R&D department during development process, market launch, market maintenance and finally market withdrawal);Develop and execute marketing strategy (Communication, sales support, sales training, pricing etc.)
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Marketing or related.More than five years working experience of Industrial Company, focused in technology functions, preferred in Packing Industry or Food Machine Industry.Have brand strategy and integration of communication experience.Superior communication skills – competent communication verbally and in writing.Strong MS-Office user.Analytical and strategic thinker but comfortable with ambiguity.Excellent presentation skills.Fluent in Chinese and English in both writing ans speaking.Willingness to travel (20-30%).Be Quick learner.Comfortable to work with customers and different cultures.
