The person we are currently looking for is to assume a significant role in setting up the whole manufacturing operations. His responsibility will be to design the factory which can later be operated at the world-class efficiency and quality. In the early phase of the project he will be a sole member to represent the operations in the local power-tandem of the project team.During the Project phase the Production manager will be in charge among other areas:·Key role in Recruitments and trainings·Lead key production machine installations, test-runs and hand-overs·Material and non-key production equipment sourcing and purchases·Local supplier-network building and supplier qualification·Key role in implementation of the Integrated Management System·Key role in IT systems implementation
