苏州力特奥维斯保险丝有限公司成立于1995年，是力特集团在中国投资的第一家工厂，坐落在苏州工业园区星海街六号，比邻苏州国际科技园。整个苏州力特的厂区面积达到9020平方米左右，现有员工600人左右，目前主 要从事设计、制造管状保险丝、汽车保险丝等电路保护装置并提供相关的技术服务并供应国内市场和出口国外。我们确信苏州厂会非常成功，成为力特公司全球组织架构中具有价值的单元。
力特半导体（无锡）有限公司成立于2002年11月，公司拥有行业领先的工艺流程和一流的管理体系， 是Littelfuse最大的半导体生产基地。力特集团于2007年在无锡建成晶片厂，随着国外工厂重要生产线的转移，无锡工厂将会在Littelfuse集团中扮演着越来越重要的角色。
东莞令特电子有限公司成立于2007年，坐落于交通便利、经济繁荣的广东省明星镇——东莞市虎门镇。目前主要从事压敏电阻器的设计、制造、销售及技术服务。产品广泛应用于汽车、工业设备及各类消费电子产品，为客户在过电压保护（防雷）、静电防护等领域提供系统的支持。
