？ Owner of one of HR functional disciplines in national Carabao among Recruiting, C&B, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations
？ Provide all rounded HR support to the responsible region to build business growth via talent, organization and culture management.


Main job responsibilities:
1. Lead to staff for the business effectively via headcount management, recruiting and productivity tracking;
2. Retain talent via turnover rate tracking, root cause analysis and action planning.
3. Drive high quality implementation of performance management
4. Drive capability building via high quality Implementation of training programs

5. Handle staff disputes and employee relationships in compliant with labour law and company policy;
6. Lead or Assist in HR projects assigned by functional supervisor;
7. Support the administration in regional office.
