Key Responsibilities:
Explore and maintain diverse hiring channels: job fair, online web, local headhunter, labor agency, internal referral, internal application, social media etc. 开发和维护各种招聘渠道:招聘市场、网络招聘、猎头、劳务公司和内部推荐、内部招聘、社会媒体等2. Be owner of hiring end-to-end process: job post, CV screen, interviewing, selecting, offering, medical check, reference check etc. 负责整个招聘流程:招聘广告发布、简历筛选、面试、Offer、体检、背景调查等。3. Be responsible for overall hiring cost management. 负责招聘费用的管理4. Be responsible for hiring data analysis. Maintain the recruitment progrssion report. 负责招聘数据分析,维护招聘进度报告。5. Establish good relationship with stakeholder, regular communication, feedback the market trends, leverage the resource to shorten the recruitment lead time. 与相关人员保持良好的关系,定期沟通,反馈市场趋势,利用资源缩短招聘周期。6. Promote employer brand to improve recruitment efficiency. 推广雇主品牌以提升招聘效率。7. Develop professional hiring toolkit to improve recruitment effectiveness. 开发专业的招聘工具提升招聘有效性。Ideal Competencies & Background:Bachelor degree education or above, at least 3 years recruitment experience. Headhunter experience is preferred.本科以上学历, 至少3年以上招聘工作经验,有猎头工作经验者优先。Good interpersonal skill, good insights良好的人际交往能力和良好的洞察力Excellent English skill including listening, speaking, reading and writing英语听说读写精通
