JobDescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesWork with business team an d technical team to analyze, translate, an d document business requirements into technical requirements.Analyze business process flows an d document the gap for improvement.Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time an d within budget.Work with business team an d project team to conduct CRP an d user acceptance testing for projects.Document user manuals to describe application installation an d operating procedures.Work with global teams on acquisition related activities.Provide technical assistance to users, collaborate with appropriate teams to implement an d test system fixes Ｏr changes.Analyze system issues an d regularly monitor, Ｕpdate an d close service tickets within appropriate time frame.Provide support an d issue resolution on global user basis.Serve as a technical point-of-contact with local business team.Work with software vendors to understand, configure, enhance, an d support software products an d deliver training to end users on local ancillary applications.

Education RequirementsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Ｏr relatedCET-4 Ｏr related3-5 years relevant experience, manufacturing environment is preferred
