Your mission is to build up competitive & sustainable suppliers for assigned commodities according to defined sourcing strategy. Implement purchasing tools to ensure assigned suppliers performance compliance with company requirements. 1. Contribution to the product leadership an d cost leadership through sourcing activities of responsible commodities. 2. Responsible for assigned commodity management, establish the commodity strategy an d act it, such as LED, solar panel, battery, cable, heater, etc. 3. Build up commercial an d technical knowledge of responsible commodity markets an d raw material pricing. 4. Manage vendor relationship an d build sustainable & effective partnerships. 5. Undertake responsibility on assigned new projects through sourcing activities. 6. Focus on supplier performance control an d continue improvement, such as continuous cost reduction, on time delivery, shorten lead time, quality excellence etc.; 7. Ensure purchasing cost of assigned commodity complied with project master specification, sourcing divisional goals an d other company targets; 8. Evaluate, preserve, develop existing supplier by means of AC management tools, introduce competitive new suppliers to improve supply base competence. 9. Collaborate closely with quality & planning team on supplier optimization. 10.Follow Atlas Copco Way in daily work to implement sourcing mission, vision an d strategy. 11. Other jobs assigned by management.
Main Requirements: Experience requirements Sourcing experience on LED knowledge, electrical components an d new energy （solar energy, lithium battery power） related area.Technical background Ｏr project management experience;Minimum 5 years’ experience in souring Ｏr technical related area; have deep understanding on raw materials an d commodities supply market.Knowledge Legal knowledge in contract negotiationProfessional knowledge on supplier evaluation &developmentProfessional language skills in Chinese an d EnglishCross functional knowledge in sourcing, process management, quality assurance an d project managementKnowledge of data analyze an d cost developmentStrong understanding of sourcing role in manufacturing companiesGood skills on MS software an d ERP systemGood communication an d cooperation an d negotiation skillsGood knowledge in engineering drawing, with 5 years’ experience within manufacturing environment, proven work record.Educational requirementsBachelor degree Ｏr above, major on electrical Ｏr new energy related.Personality requirementsOpen, team player, proactive, could work under pressure, systematic thinking, good planning an d executing capability.
