WHAT YOU LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Lead team to support all customer contacts from unhappy flow both online & offline via phone an d channel:
? Take care of all customer issues related to complaints Or claims of IKEA products, store &IKEA food, etc.
? Take care of all customer issues related to after-sales, like payment issues, order modification, general after-sales solutions, an d exchange & return process, guarantee services, etc. ? Ensure team co-workers’ career an d capacity development an d working in a great environmentTOGETHER AS A TEAM
? To optimise the customer experience an d secure satisfied customers by motivating an d inspiring your team in their everyday work using knowledge of the IKEA product range an d services an d the IKEA customer.
? Actively ensure co-workers have knowledge an d tools to provide fast an d easy customer support.
? Monitor that all sales an d customer support processes are followed.
? Ensure a positive work environment by building team spirit an d seeing the potential in every coworker.
