性别要求：不限性别 POSITION TITLE: Welding Process Engineer 职位名称： 焊接工程师 DEPARTMENT: Engineering Department 部门： 工程部 REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager 汇报给： 工程部经理 POSITION OVERVIEW 职位概况: To supply direction an d support to the Engineering, Maintenance an d Production Departments in the welding related issues as it relates to capability an d compliance with customer welding specifications.在焊接方面给予工程部门、维修部门和生产部门支持，依照顾客在焊接方面的规范。QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 职位要求: Bachelor degree Ｏr above major in welding Ｏr mechanic engineering related; 焊接、机械等相关专业，本科以上学历Min. 3 years working experience in automotive welding process engineer position; 至少 3年以上焊接技术岗位工作经验 Good knowledge an d experience of arc welding, spot welding, projection welding processes, equipment, tooling an d welding quality requirement; 熟悉气体保护焊、点焊和其他形式的焊接工艺、设备、夹具以及焊接质量要求等工作 Be familiar with welding specifications of OEM; 熟悉整车客户的焊接技术规范 Good understanding of GD&T; 熟练掌握GD&T Capable of using office software to make report, presentation an d so on; 能够使用常规的工具软件 如AutoCAD、Office软件 Capability of resolving welding quality issues on site; 具备解决焊接现场的质量问题的能力Good teamwork 具有团队合作精神 Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions 职位描述: Be responsible for welding process development, layout, process flow an d equipment & tooling planning;负责新产品开发中的焊接工艺方案、工艺布局、流程以及工装准备等Be responsible for welding fixture design concept, tooling design an d follow up, tryout, up to buy off;负责焊接设计方案规划，对供应商设计进行审核、跟踪、调试以及验收Create an d maintain open issue for welding process related, work with team to follow up an d resolve issues;编制相关焊接工艺开发的问题清单，并和团队一起合作跟踪并解决这些问题Compile related process documents （PFMEA/Control Plan/Flow Chart） an d set up welding parameters;负责相关工艺文件的编写（PFMEA/控制计划/过程流程等）及焊接工艺参数的设定Support daily production to resolve welding quality related issues; 对日常生产提供技术支持，解决生产过程中的焊接质量问题Support sales to make quotation for new business, participate technical review; 协助报价工程师对新产品进行报价,并参与技术评审工作Work within the guidelines of the Handbook; 根据公司辅助工作手册的大纲内容开展工作Commitment to continuous improvement an d work place safety;有义务持续改进和保持工作场所的安全 TS16949 awareness an d adherence; 了解并贯彻TS16949 Other duties as may be required;以及其他要求的职责SAFETY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS 安全要求: Accepts personal responsibility to plan an d conduct their work safety in compliance with company policies an d guidelines; 遵守公司的规定，个人有责任进行安全工作和安全生产 Responsible for good housekeeping in your area; 在工作区域要保持良好的卫生习惯
