Key Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to？ Provide strategic sourcing leadership, participate in the development an d implementation of strategic sourcing strategies？ Source an d qualify suppliers on behalf of the European organization Work.？ Conduct supplier price negotiations an d securing good an d stable supply of products in a highly competitive global market.？ Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers.？ Have overall control of all outstanding projects an d Participate in the front-line operation when needed to ensure that the goods with right quality an d quantity be shipped in the agreed time.？ Communicate an d coordinate actively to solve complaints an d claims when raised.？ Timely intervention in any communication problems, to ensure smooth progress of work.
Required:？ Bachelor degree Ｏr above？ Excellent English skills, both written an d spoken, able to chair the meeting in English？ Minimum 7 – 10 years of sourcing/purchasing/management experience？ Experience in packaging an d disposable business？ Experience working in international companies？ Experience working with high pressure an d focusing on the results？ Have management/planning ability an d excellent interpersonal skills.？ Be objective an d deal with problems calm, prompt an d comprehensive？ Strong negotiation skills, decision making an d team work？ Demonstrated impartiality in management an d can initiate an d execute management decision with the right attitude.？ Open-minded, seeks advice an d input to drive high performance, acknowledges other people’s concerns, ideas an d is supportive an d empathetic.
Preferred:？ Western Education background？ MBA Ｏr certification as a supply chain professional？ In-depth understanding of planning processes including MRP, forecasting, establishing min/max reorder points, inventory optimization, an d other related processes
