The aim of the position is: Realization an d improvement of qualifying test to ensure an d sustainable improve the product reliability, deliver test result in time.
Improvement of processes：Creation an d continuous improvement of test procedures to get exact results an d shorten the test time. Standardizing the test parameters. Ensure to keep the gained knowledge by caring for a test database, keep the test running in company process an d provide better test method Ｏr procedure if necessary.
Proof, if new products achieve the required reliability an d life time：Creates, plans, realizes an d analysis test descriptions with parameters from the praxis to avoid potential failures before market availability.Check appliances situation in life test room every working day, analysis problem if error Ｏr mistake happened in test period.
Improvement of test environment：Choice of correct test equipment for effective an d efficient test, keep 5S in test lab both environment an d test data arrangement.Check test equipment an d do maintenance with equipment, keep test measure tools in good condition.
Experimental development of appliance an d component functions：Agree test parameters of development engineers by taking part at V-Model.Do test with appliance Ｏr components （performance, function, certification） according to drawing, description an d specification to measure characteristic diagrams. Prepare test report.Find root cause in case of problem Ｏr risk an d propose solution.Optimization of components, standardizing test description for component test based on group description Ｏr international an d Ｃountry standard. Test an d simulation to evaluate system properties.
Assemble appliances：Assembles development samples.
Communication：Needs to exchange the information with development engineer, purchasing, quality, etc an d reports to Test Supervisor.
Education / Know-how an d experience / training:
Mechanical engineering （College, BA） with focus on heating an d ventilation. 3 years experience in testing an d measuring on fresh air appliance. Good knowledge on statistics, good English.
