The aim of the position is:- Translate customer an d market requirements into product specification- Responsibility for the allocated products over the whole life cycle- Management of the international market launch of new products
Product management:- Responsible for the specification of new products according present an d future customer- an d market-requirements- Ensure the right balance between complexity an d market specific re-quirements while reflecting the brand values- Derive price positioning an d resulting target cost together with sales or-ganisation- Provide sales price / volume scenarios for project business plan- Develop customer segment specific product argumentation together with local product management- Management of the international market launch of new products- Reflecting product strategy an d develop ideas for improvement
Life cycle-management:- Continuous monitoring of sales performance an d profitability regarding the product range in charge an d derive improvements- Regular market an d competitor-analysis- Support internal an d external customers regarding requests on the product group
People management:- Develop an d maintain good relationship towards local product manage-ment an d internal project teams
Compliance :- Compliance with all regulations an d directives of Vaillant Group (such as Corporate Governance Manual an d Rules of Procedures) in the current version.
- University degree of technical Or economic engineering- Proven experience in product management min. 3 years- Sensitive an d diplomatic communication skills- Very good English language skills- Apprenticeship Or several industrial placements- Expert in Heat Pump area(air-source) regarding market an d product konwledge-Experience of coal to electricity(煤改电)program in china
